Chloe Hoitink and Southern Highlands Speech Pathology
At Southern Highlands Speech Pathology we assist people of all ages to optimise their ability to communicate. The process of improving communication is different for every individual and we value these individual differences in our work with every client. Improving communication skills usually leads to growth of an individual and those around them. This piece has been designed and created by one of our staff members Chloe Hoitink, with input from the larger SHSP team. This piece symbolizes the growth that most of our clients and those around them experience when building their communication skills. It symbolises that every person communicates in a unique way and individual differences are valued. It draws on our Aboriginal heritage reflecting the fact that Aboriginal people sometimes use gum leaves to communicate with birds.
